My Top 10 Biggest Mistakes of 2025 [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]

Episode #144
Hello Reader !

2025 taught me more in 12 months than many years combined.

Not because it was difficult.
But because it was honest.
Brutally honest.

There were moments of momentum. And moments of pause.

Moments where things moved fast. And moments where they didn’t move at all.

What changed me was not success or failure.
It was clarity.

And clarity usually comes only when life stops flattering you.

So today, instead of sharing “wins”,
I want to share 10 mistakes I made in 2025
— and the shifts I’m carrying into 2026.

If even one resonates with you, this email has done its job.

The Breakdown:

1. Mistake : I chased speed instead of clarity
Busy felt productive. It wasn’t.
Learning : When the foundation is right, speed follows naturally.

2. Mistake : I said yes too quickly
Opportunities are endless. Energy is not.
Learning : Every yes to a good means a no to the better and the best

3. Mistake : I worked wide instead of deep
Too many priorities dilute power.
Learning : Depth creates dominance and flow

4. Mistake : I reacted instead of responding
Reaction creates noise.
Learning : Response creates progress. Always Empathy over Ego.

5. Mistake : I waited for motivation
Even coaches don’t feel motivated daily.
Learning : Systems transform. Identity sustains.

6. Mistake : I played safe in some decisions
Comfort delayed courage.
Learning : The bold step is usually the right step.

7. Mistake : I confused movement with progress
Busy days don’t always move the needle.
Learning : Measure impact, not activity.

8. Mistake : I tried to carry everything alone
Strength grows faster in the right company.
Learning : If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.

9. Mistake : I didn’t guard my calendar fiercely
Urgent things hijacked important ones.
Learning : If i don't respect my time, the world will not respect it either.

10. Mistake : I thought too much and acted too little
Perfection delayed execution.
Learning : Always focus on Progress over Perfection.

The Deeper Truth I’m carrying into 2026:

“You cannot control everything,
but you can control who you become.”

Every mistake came with a gift:

  • Clarity
  • Strength
  • And a deeper understanding of what truly matters

If you made mistakes this year too…you’re not behind.

You’re being prepared.

Action Steps:

Before this year ends, do this once:

✍️ Write down:

  • ONE mistake from 2025 you will not repeat
  • ONE standard you will raise in 2026

Then ask yourself:
“Who do I need to become so this never happens again?”

That question changes everything.

Episode #170 Dear Reader ! “I know what to do. Why don’t I keep doing it?” A new routine begins with excitement. Then work gets busy. Motivation drops. One missed day becomes a week. And quietly, “I’m going to do this” becomes “I’ll start again.” The painful part? It can begin to affect how much we trust ourselves. Inconsistency has a cost—even when no bill arrives. Consider these simple examples: Health: Missing three planned 30-minute walks each week adds up to 78 hours of movement missed...

Episode #169 Dear Reader ! One WhatsApp message can spoil the morning. One client rejection can spoil the week. One argument at home can spoil the relationship. One uncontrolled word can damage years of trust. And very often, the problem is not outside pressure. The problem is inside leakage. This is what we discussed in our Monday Call on one of the most powerful principles of success: Self-Control. Napoleon Hill explained that self-control is not merely about controlling anger. It is about...

Episode #168 Dear Reader ! Many people think they have a money problem. But very often, the real problem is not money. It is the way they think, feel and act around money. They work hard. They try to work smart. They learn new things. They make plans. They even set big goals. But still, something keeps stopping them from moving to the next level. Sometimes it is fear. Sometimes it is doubt. Sometimes it is guilt around receiving more. Sometimes it is the belief that money comes only through...
