What is “I’ll start again” costing you ? (5 minutes of reading time) [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]

Episode #170

Dear Reader !

“I know what to do. Why don’t I keep doing it?”

A new routine begins with excitement.

Then work gets busy. Motivation drops. One missed day becomes a week.

And quietly, “I’m going to do this” becomes “I’ll start again.”

The painful part?

It can begin to affect how much we trust ourselves.

Inconsistency has a cost—even when no bill arrives.

Consider these simple examples:

  • Health: Missing three planned 30-minute walks each week adds up to 78 hours of movement missed in a year.
  • Savings and investments: Skipping a planned ₹5,000 monthly contribution for six months means ₹30,000 less contributed, before any investment gains or losses.
  • Relationships: Ten minutes of undistracted conversation each day creates over 60 hours of connection a year.
  • Career: Twenty minutes of focused learning, five days a week, adds up to over 86 hours a year.
  • Sales: Five follow-ups left undone each working day become 100 missed follow-up attempts over 20 working days—opportunities to listen, help and move conversations forward.

These are illustrations, not estimates of everyone’s losses. But they show how small actions—and repeated omissions—add up.

At home and at work, keeping commitments also helps the people around us know they can count on us.

What could become possible if following through became part of your everyday life?

That is why I’m inviting you to:

UNLOCK YOUR CONSISTENCY
Two days live to help you stop starting over and build a practical way to follow through.

Here are the three things we’ll work on together:

1. Understand why you start strong—but stop.
2. Build a system for the days you don’t feel motivated.
3. Create your consistency plan.

UNLOCK YOUR CONSISTENCY
Two days live to help you stop starting over and build a practical way to follow through.

Here are the three things we’ll work on together:

1. Understand why you start strong—but stop.
Identify the triggers, distractions and expectations that interrupt your progress. Move from self-blame to a clearer understanding of what needs to change.

2. Build a system for the days you don’t feel motivated.
Turn one meaningful goal into a manageable daily commitment—with a plan for busy days, interruptions and competing responsibilities.

3. Create your 30-day consistency plan.
Know what to do, how to track it and how to return after a missed day. Start building evidence that you can keep promises to yourself.
