It's actually controlling emotions. Finding The Root Cause is the Starting Point. The 4 simple steps to beat procrastination are: Set clear goals for each day. Use the Eisenhower matrix. Stop Multitasking. 👉 In My Night Ritual, I Follow The Ivy Lee Method & I Write My Top 6 Actionable Steps for the next day. 2. Use Time-boxing: Break tasks into small sub-tasks & Chunk it down. Identify Your Deep Work Zones. Focus with Pomodoro. 👉My Deep Work Zone is anytime Between 5:00 am to 8:00 am, Before the World Wakes Up & Asks My Attention. 3. Zen Your Environment: Put Your Phone on Airplane Mode. Declutter Your Work & Organize. Focus on Minimalism. 👉 I Have Less than 5 Objects anytime on my desk that includes My Laptop, Coffemug, Bottle of Water, Spectacles & sometimes a book. 4️.Leverage the power of habits: Use The 4 Laws to Create A Good Habit (James Clear) 1st law: Make it obvious to not forget. 2nd law: Make it attractive to you. 3rd law: Make it easy to do it. 4th law: Make it satisfying. 👉I am reading my 21st Book and I am on track to read 50 books this year, following James Clear’s Habit Law 👇 Remember: Beating Procrastination is about Persistence.
