Identify Your Deep Work Zones. Focus with Pomodoro. ๐My Deep Work Zone is anytime Between 5:00 am to 8:00 am, Before the World Wakes Up & Asks My Attention. 3. Zen Your Environment: Put Your Phone on Airplane Mode. Declutter Your Work & Organize. Focus on Minimalism. ๐ I Have Less than 5 Objects anytime on my desk that includes My Laptop, Coffemug, Bottle of Water, Spectacles & sometimes a book. 4๏ธ.Leverage the power of habits: โUse The 4 Laws to Create A Good Habit (James Clear) 1st law: Make it obvious to not forget. 2nd law: Make it attractive to you. 3rd law: Make it easy to do it. 4th law: Make it satisfying. ๐I am reading my 21st Book and I am on track to read 50 books this year, following James Clearโs Habit Law โ ๐ Remember: โBeating Procrastination is about Persistence.
