I am sharing My Seven Powerful Methods of Resting which you can implement

#1 Method : Physical Rest-

I make sure to sleep atleast 6-7 hours a day... without fail... This Rest gives me the power to perform my best in the other 17-18 waking hours.

Never compromise on your Sleep. Period.


#2 Method : Social Rest-

I make sure to invest atleast 30-60 minutes with my family, my boys and my loved ones. Every Day.

Never Become so much busy to accumulate wealth, that you forget that Your Relationships are Your Real Wealth in life.


#3 Method : Mental Rest-

I practice Vipassana everyday. If the day is very busy... I devote more time to meditate....

Although its a paradox, I have experienced peak performance when I come back to my work after my Vipassana. I get more done in less time.

#4 Method : Sensory Rest-

I Practice Digital Detox atleast one hour after waking up and one hour before going off to sleep.

The next challenge is to take this Digital Detox from one hour to two hours.

The Benefits of shutting off your senses from information overload are phenomenal.


#5 Method : Spiritual Rest-

I volunteer to contribute every single day to someone. To be a giver everyday. I start my day every day from Monday to Saturday, every week from 6:30 am to 6:50 with My Daily Priming Sessions where hundreds of people come and benefit by Priming Their Mindset.

Its a win-win situation. I get the deepest sense of joy, fulfilment and accomplishment by doing these Priming Sessions completely complementary.

#6 Method : Creative Rest-

I play the keyboard since last 35 years.. I wish I could do more.. But I take creative rests.. in a variety of ways... Watching the Sunset... Walking barefoot on the beach, Reading My Favourite books... Listening to My Favourite Music... Watching my Favourite Movies.. etc.

Pamper yourself sometimes to spark up your creativity.

#7 Method : Emotional Rest-

I occasionally hang around my friends and speak to them without any judgement and prejudice.. Just being me... and enjoy the process.. Its necessary to have conversations where you don't have the apprehension of being judged or the fear of losing the argument.. Just express yourself naturally...
