Most of us are programmed by our strong intellect. With my high IQ, I started to overthink: - What will make me happy? - What will make me peaceful? - Are Being Happy & Being at Peace the same? - If not, Whatโs the Difference? Then, one fine day, I had a moment of epiphany. I realized that: - Peace is Happiness at Rest. - Happiness is Peace in Motion. Period. After that revelation, I am peacefully living a Happy life.
