Its good to be planning for the future, to be loving and caring,
But Don't confuse yourself by using planning, loving and caring for justifying and rationalizing Worrying.
So How do you Eliminate Your Worry Habit ?
Follow My Simple Tips :
i) Start To Live in the Present, rather than to obsess about the future
ii) The best antidote for worry is to Take Action.
iii) Ask Yourself 'Will my worrying change the result?'
iv) Schedule 'Worry Slots' of 10 minutes in a day and commit to worry only during these slots and never after the 'Worry Slots' !
v) Make a 'Worry list' of everything you worried about yesterday, last week or last year, and see if any of your worry did anything productive for you
Ask Yourself Today and Everyday,
Will You Follow this timeless Advice :
