Refusal of all Temptations especially of Food, Alcohol & Sex.

3. The Third Key Function- Craving

Craving To Be Better, To Grow, To Continuously Improve

4. The Fourth Key Function- Resistance

Resistance to all Negativity, to all bad influences and all that is not the truth.

5. The Fifth Key Function- Preparation

Prepration for what lies ahead and face whatever may happen

6. The Sixth Key Function- Purpose

Purpose for our Guiding Principle & Our Highest Priority to Live Our Purpose

7. The Seventh Key Function - Acceptance

Acceptance of outside things which are not in our control

This is what the Mind is here to do.

We must make sure that it does its Highest Functions.

And everything else,

All Our Doubts, Indecisions, Worries, Anxieties are

Nothing But Waste of Our Efforts Trying to Use Our Mind.
