The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life. ๐คโค๏ธ True richness comes from having meaningful relationships. Iโve seen that by improving their personal and professional relationships, my mentees enhance their overall happiness and success. 4. To solve an issue quickly, be soft on the person and hard on the problem. ๐๐ก Most people do the exact reverse, damaging relationships while the problem remains unresolved. 5. The best networking strategy is helping others first. ๐๐ In my profession, I always get the opportunity to network with strangers. This idea of helping others works like magic. 6. A personโs favourite sound is their name, so remember it. ๐ฃโจ I am blessed with a strong memory to remember the names of over 1,000 mentees, which helps build strong bonds and rapport. Try this outโit creates miracles. 7. Praise publicly. Criticize privately. ๐๐คซ Donโt reverse this to satisfy your ego. Ego is when you are Edging God Out. 8. Pause in speaking + eye contact = confidence. ๐๐ฃ๏ธ After doing thousands of Zoom sessions, this has taken on a new meaning. Eye contact now means looking into the camera, but it still works and shows your confidence. 9. Pretend everyone was sent to teach you something. ๐๐ After completing almost 40 books this year, I intend to read 100. I believe I can learn from everyone; if I stop learning, I stop growing. 10. Practice going first, e.g., โHi, Iโm Sid.โ ๐๐ Always take the initiative. Break the ice. Be polite. Be gentle. Be humble.
